I spend most days in rehearsals or performing, so if my body's not feeling right, I notice it straight away. I started taking Purus first and added Motus after a particularly intense run of shows when everything felt a bit overworked. A few weeks in, I realised I wasn't waking up feeling quite as creaky, and overall just felt better keeping up with the pace. I'm not huge on supplements usually, but these have genuinely stuck.

After decades in the fire service, the job definitely takes its toll on the joints. Years of heavy kit, ladders, and long shifts had started catching up with me, especially in the mornings. I started taking Motus without expecting much, but after a few weeks I noticed less stiffness and felt more comfortable staying active. Nearing retirement, I mainly want to keep moving and enjoy life outside work, this has felt like genuine support rather than hype.

After losing a lot of weight, I realised I needed to focus on keeping healthy. I'd done the hard part but still had days where I felt a bit low on energy. I started taking Purus as part of getting into better habits, and today I do feel more balanced.

Everything we make begins with one remarkable ingredient.

01

Rooted in tradition

Valued in food and wellbeing for millennia, then slow-aged to darken, mellow and deepen it.

02

Reinforced by research

Slow ageing builds up to 5–6× more S-allyl-cysteine than raw garlic.

03

Reimagined into completeness

Each formula is completed with the vitamins, minerals and botanicals your goal needs.

Garlic, made into more.

Built to work as a whole

Your body works as one connected system, so your supplements should too. We formulate to support every function involved in an outcome, not only the headline goal.

Fine amber powder dissolving into clear water

Made with the best ingredients

We select the most bioavailable form of every ingredient, from chelated bisglycinate minerals to standardised extracts, so your body absorbs as much of each active as possible.

It depends on what you're looking for. Purus is our daily wellbeing formula, supporting immunity, everyday energy and antioxidant protection. Motus is built for your joints and everything that holds them together. If you want broad daily cover, start with Purus; if joints are your focus, choose Motus.
Yes. The two formulas are designed to complement one another — Purus covers daily wellbeing while Motus focuses on your joints, so there's no overlap in what they set out to do. If you take other supplements or any medication, check the combined labels to avoid doubling up on any single nutrient, and consult a healthcare professional if you're unsure.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day, with delivery typically 1–2 working days after that. Orders placed before 5pm are usually processed the same day. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Yes. Alongside the UK, we ship to every EU country, plus Norway, Switzerland and the United States. We want you to feel comfortable trying something new. If you're not satisfied with your first order, we'll refund you in full — no need to return the product. You can return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept the return of opened products unless they're faulty or incorrect — in which case we'll put it right at no cost to you.
